It appears the Heater and or AC blower that blows air in my brothers car is not working at all. It has no blown fuses, and all are quite new.

I would like to try to fix this while I am already going to be doing the brakes and oil change.

If I have to dismantle the dash, that may be a problem. is there a way to test the blower? Can I disconnect the push button switch and hot wire a couple of wires?

When I push the Control buttons, I can hear it move the vents, but the motor for the air does not turn on. whether for AC or for Heat.

Any advise is appreciated.
