Sorry for the error on the non-posting or reference to my previous post. I will take note in the future as to not waste other members time.
W124 has what I believe to be a switch problem even though I have replaced the switch already. Function problems is as follows:
When the switch is pushed up towards the roof of the vehicle it operates
slowly to the "vent" position, however, when it is pulled down towards the seats it does not close even though you hear the motor running. I have tried to "synchronize" the switch to the motor already. The only way to close from the "vent" position is to pull switch toward the rear of the vehicle to give the indication of opening in the "full open" position.
