You dont have to remove the glass to replace the accordian bellows. The actually pop off. There is a video on how to replace on the Service DVD. I believe the part numbers are: 210-780-03-40 left and 210-780-04-40 Right

As part of the sunroof removal process you have to remove the front black trim first, then the bellows, then you will have access to remove the glass
