I would never, not in a million years buy a property with a HOA. I think they are made up of bored busy bodies with no lives who get off on busting balls. Condo's too, I have no interest.
I also know myself, and I know I would get into trouble with one.
Out of spite I would probably go buy the ugliest car you can imagin and block it up on my lawn. Than get myself in trouble.
