I got a replaced harness from "Hanno", thanks!
My friend determined the wire and most of the connectors are not hard to source or reuse. Unfortunately his labor hours to attach the number of pins and assembling the connectors would total close to $1500. That and the molded piece that embeds a few of the cables would need to be made. He said it's a complex harness compared to those in 70's Porsche's that he rebuilds.
If the demand were high and someone invested in mass production fixtures costs would drop but no where lower than $1000. He said it wouldn't make business sense to try to compete with the sources that sell replacement harness for $800-900. Sorry guys...
