I have a similar truck and have contemplated a 74 benz diesel swap into it. I will be watching to see how you handle the front sump benz engine to mazda frame crossmember and steering drag link interference.
Where are you located, so the closest member here can start planning on picking up the mercedes remains of your swap ?
