I just bought a loaded black on black '04 E500 that the previous owner put on fat AMG wheels, calipers, E55 seats etc. It looks quite sinister and the only thing I don't like is that it's too quiet. How would it sound without mufflers. Just with the converters and straight pipes to replace the mufflers. I'm looking for either a 60's small block sound or a late model Mustang GT/Cobra note. Would it throw any codes?
