I like the way that they look in a 107(the old pinstripe Becker radios). An all-analog car with a digital radio looks out of place. I put a Becker Europa II in my car with a (different than the mod supplied by Becker) modification that switches to iPod input by turning the knob or pushing a preset all the way to the left. I added an amp, and the sound isn't as good as it it could be, it's OK for an open car. I'm getting a Becker Mexico restored for my other car. The motorized seek is pretty cool.
The electronics in these radios is pretty suspect even by the standards of those days (phenolic PCB's in a moving, vibrating car, single sided boards, yet) but the mechanisms are of super quality.
Other people must like them too, because they are getting more and more expensive and harder to find.
