I hear the noise on any road surface at any speed. I can make the noise get louder by putting on foot brake and slightly giving it fuel to say 1,000 rpm. It will do it out of gear too but not as loud as when in gear. Thanks for help.

I hate to pull resonators off if the problem is elsewhere but I may have to do that eventually, not sure. Thanks for that suggestion also.
