Interesting..........and thanks for your insight.

I think we need to take one step at a time. At the moment, despite some assurances, we still don't have the capability to see the infractions for each member. We're still working on that.

As far as a method to determine the "complainers" and the ratio of complaints to infractions, that's a bit out of the capability of the software.

Sure..........it could be done manually..........a bit more work than I'd like to assume.

I'm not quite sure of the benefit of that knowledge, however. If the ratio of infractions to complaints from a specific member becomes close to zero, we'll ask that member to stop the complaints because they are generally unfounded and he/she needs to develop a thicker skin.

Be assured, this situation is fairly rare. Most complaints are well founded regarding violations of the TOU and we act accordingly.


Edited: The warnings and infractions for each member are now visible beneath the post count. The first number represents the number of active warnings..........the second number is the number of active infractions. The final number is the total accumulated active points. A member is allowed four points.........the system performs an automatic ban at five points.
