94 E320 16-pole diagnostic center, pin 14 has Code 5, Code 11

I made Arthur daltons codde reader, and from Pin 14, i read 5, then after pressing switch again, got Code 11.

The threads do not give an answer to results of Code 11 fixes.
Any help on this one?
