sixto if by vacuum shut-off actuator you mean the plastic vacum valve on the top of the injector pump. Yes i replaced i thought it clicked in and when i put a vacum pump on it it shuts off the engine. jobah By sky hi i mean it revs like you put a brick on the pedal. I know the accelarator cable doesnt move the engine revs up all by itself like the injector pump just pushes the maximum amount of fuel it can all the time. Does anyone know how the injector pump is ran is it mechanical or some other way. Any more thoughts or ideas would be great Thanks to everybody that has responded so far your insight is great.
