Not the 5/16" feed lines you didnt. I just picked up a full set of Viton Orings from Jim, he doesnt stock fuel line, just return line. The Goodyear 30R9 is available thru AutoZone according to their website. By GY's own spec sheet, its biodiesel proof.

I'm not worried about air bubbles in the supply/return lines. One of the best things you can do is get the Viton orings from Jim and seal that prefilter but good!
