I agree, I like the US-spec lights too. Just a matter of personal taste...

Sorry Shawnster...can't help you with the monovalve or the EGR...my 79 300 SD doesn't have either one...don't know much about them. Do a search on each of them and I'm sure you'll turn up tons of info.
