Hmmmm..... Aren't the blades staggered so that there is some space between some of the blades at intervals to allow bolt access? Breaking another blade off would cause instability.

A single bolt with an allan key head holds the Fan and clutch on. There is a " special tool" that holds the assembly taut when tightening up the fan clutch bolt.

Had your fan clutch replaced lately? I would be going back to who ever serviced your car and giving them a roasting.

Make sure you get a proper Behr radiator. There are erzatz Chinese ones out on the market. Get a new fan.
