Valve adjustment tools/timing chain stretch
I got a pair of old 14mm open end wrenches and bent them to fit.
What a difference it made on the valve adjustment for the 81
I struggled with straight wrenches on the 82
Definitely worth the effort
The valves were all very close to spec which makes me feel good about this car as the PO neglected so much.
BTW when I set the cam timing mark with the mark on the head the crank indicator read about 2*.
Is this an indication of reasonable chain stretch?
