No code needed. I didn't need special tools and I have the same car and radio, but there are some Mercedes radio "keys," - little puller tools. But like I said, wasn't needed when I pulled mine out for no good reason.

Pull out the ashtray, the two blanks on either side of the radio slide down and out if I recall, and then the radio comes out.
