Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately, the engine you transferred only has 85 hp from the factory. It's definitely not sufficient to push a Dodge pickup around (about 4000 lb).
You really can't get much more power from it, but check out threads regarding IP timing and valve adjustment to get the most you possibly can.
...........and, plan to drive with your foot on the floor...........just like all the gassers............
