I'm gonna go way out on the limb here and predict that he has a 617 turbo. Since Jimmy isn't around, just this one time lets all pretend that 300TD means turbo diesel.
So I think with the right mods, his Dodge truck will probably be able to do at least 60 and get there within 25-30 seconds.

here and start reading. BTW TD means touring diesel, not turbo diesel. That is MB speak for a station wagon. If you put an entire station wagon in your Dodge, it's gonna be slow. Now if you had a Cummins under the hood with the right mods, you wouldn't even feel that wagon in the back of your truck.
