A simple enough question for a true MB expert ......

Does anyone know the various sizes (ie. diameters) of the various boot stars fitted to different MB chassis ?

I've recently bought a nearly immaculate '95 SL500 (38,000 miles).
It has had a high-level brake light let in to the boot (trunk) lid which means that the original boot star/emblem effectively became too big.

I have a W124 star, diameter 99mm ; too big.
I also have a poor star from something else (W140 ???), diameter 84mm, which is just about OK.
Ideally I would choose something about 75mm in diameter.
Does anyone know if such a thing exists, and if so, from what chassis ?
