Hi Matt. Yes the Tach is working. I found the relay - it was hidden under a plastic cover at the back of the fuse box.

The Aux fan relay is fine so i am inclined to suspect the other loads on the same circuit (ckt #31): Back-up light and/or heaters.

Anybody got any ideas on how to troubleshoot these loads?
