The full european version is to have the city lights (no amber side lights) come on when you hit the first position on the headlight switch, but it's easier to run a line from the amber side lights to the city terminal on the six-connector.

Use H4 for the headlights, H3 for the fogs, and 1893 for the 5w city bulb.
