in fact I saw several different viewpoints on this today...SAAB has posted quarterly loses for GM for like the last 8 quarters, BMW wants to get rid of Mini and is fully looking for a buyer, like right now. Hummer is dead for obvious reasons (including the fact it never should have existed outside the military theater anyway) and Saturn is a non-profitable burden. there will be more down the line anyhow, those are just the ones I heard of today. so, without looking it up, anyone know where the name saturn came from?
