Update

Well today I painted the right front fender with POR15 and will start rust hole repair when dry. I already have done some paint damage and rust repair from the leaking clutch MC.
Put the freshly cleaned and tested injectors back in with new viton return lines for future BD use, reassembled all the unhooked hardware, bled the fuel system and fired it up.
I then could check out the smooth operation of the newly repaired door lock vac system. 2 vac actuators replaced.
Clutch MC replaced, bled and tested.
Installed new front seal and belt adjuster on the PS pump.
Replaced trans, diff, engine oil, ps and brake fluid.
New Bilstein comforts all around.
Repaired rt rear ebrake adjuster
New shift boot
Replaced left rear taillight and seal
Still have rust and paint repair to do on drivers side floor from the leaky MC and in the trunk from the cracked leaky left rear tailight lens
And last but not least I have to track down the growly sound from the driveline that occurs only when letting on or off the throttle.
While it was up on stands I put the car in gear and ran it while looking and listening under the car. No obvious noises, driveshaft carrier and flex discs look and feel ok. Seems to be a small amount of DS rotary play and minimal endplay but nothing excessive.
Rt rear wheel has a fractional side to side play though no top to bottom but wouldn't a bad bearing be constantly noisy?
Looks like original axles and the boots are looking dry but not cracked through.
Still it is coming along great and I am psyched to drive it again.
More to come
