Uhm - no f'n way. You, Mr. Selling Bank, have been sitting on this property for the past 16 months. County records show - yep, you have paid exactly zero dollars towards property taxes. And for all I know, whoever it was that you repo'd this house from owes the IRS a gajillion dollars (one of those pesky "lienable charges"), there are 3 dozen mechanic's liens sitting in the wings waiting to post, and your mother wears combat boots.
No f'n way.
