Yup. I save every penny and put it back into circulation whenever possible if I'm buying something. It's stupid to waste them or not want them. I've always found it irritating when a cashier asks me if I want my pennies (as change). Of course I do, you c*nt! Or so I want to say. 
I'm sure Bill Gates would pick up the bill. He's smart enough to do so and generous enough to probably give it to someone in need. Just look at his charities.
