Since I bought the car 2 years ago Ive done the following:
Replaced all drive Belts
New Bosch Alternator
Rear Struts with Bosh Heavy Duty
Adjusted Rack Dampener
Valve Adjustment
Rear Sway Bar Links
Front upper Control Arms
Lower Ball Joints
Packed Bearings
Replaced all Brake pads
Front drivers side window regulator and motor
replaced power sterring pressure hose
New Tires
alignement
Turbo Oil Drain
Oil Pan Gasket
Oil Filter Housing Gasket
Oil Cooler Lines
injector return lines
Motor Mounts
Changed all Fluids and filters at least once (of course more for the oil etc.)
Things I have to do, but time & money limited:
-Front struts
-tie rods
-steering dampener
-rebuild calipers on next pad change
-New rotors all the way around
-Central Locking system (acquired the pump, but need a few elements)
-Switch out the interior (I have all the pieces, but still trying to find the right matching paint)
-Install used seats (acquired real good ones at the junkyard)
-Install used dash (got a good one with no cracks at the junkyard)
-replace right rear window regulator
-front main seal on PS pump
-Transmission rear main seal
-Bowden Cable
-Replace glowplugs
-engine timing
-cruise control amp
-vaccuum elemnt for center vents
-engine shocks
-tranny mount
-flexdiscs
-both front and rear windshields
-fiber optic lights for console and dash
-windshield washer system
-pull radiator and clean
-paint
A long list of things to do, but it definitely keeps me busy
