all that you have written looks thorough and if followed will work well.my experience has taught me that r4 compressors come dry[no oil]and it is imperative that you add some oil and using a vise to hold the clutch rotate the compressor until it becomes easy to turn.if you don't do this you risk tearing up the new compressor in a matter of 5 mins.
