Dilute Muratic acid is used by many. It may still be sold as "RuGlide" in a gallon container with a little in the bottom, to which you add water when you buy it... some come with a three foot tube and sprayer tip which helps to get up under the wheel well to those items.... used it many years after learning about it working at a front end shop...
