Finished this job today. Not too bad at all considering my ineptitude.

Actually called the dealership for the hose; $20something for a meter.

Only weird thing was that the metal band that holds the resevoir in place couldn't be tighted enough to keep it 100% snug. Maybe since everything was cleaned up there was slack...I added a washer which helped but I'd still like to get it tighter. Maybe a bigger/stronger spring would do the trick? I'm just glad its not leaking all over the place anymore.
