there is no warm up regulator on a CIS KE-5 injection system....it's all controlled by several different sensors contributing to the control module. The coolant temp sensor, the oil pressure and the intake air temp sensor and O2 sensor all contribute, but in the final analysis, it's the main ECU that makes the final determination as to how to handle the situation.
Warm up regulator? What is that? the thermostat?
