Slipping when cold? Daresay normal for the 200K mileage, have you recently changed the transmission fluid and transmission filter? A clogged filter would cause a restriction before the trannie fluid pump, which would reduce as the fluid warms up, thereby thinning out, and passing through the partially clogged filter easier.
