a CIS tool? could u be more specific? is there something I can pick up at a sears or something? I have a fuel pressure/vacuum gauge reader but I dont see any good way to hook it up to the fuel lines.

is there a special harness for the ammeter? if I am imagining it right, it seems rather difficult to measure the current without some special harness that the ammeter plugs into in series to help you read it.
