I have an 87 560 SL, changed the oil and put 8.5 qts in just like the owners manual said, and I can't get a reading on the dip stick. When I change the oil on my C-Class, and E-Class and fill to owner's manual spec's the oil level is right where it should be. I'm afraid to add more and I am afraid to drive it. Oil gauge pins to the top a moment after start up
