I also bought them from

www.cupholders.com). I bought a vinyl colored one for the pasenger door and the burl wood for the center console. The door unit has self tapping screws and should be put where they recommend for it to go to ensure the screws gain good purchase on the fiberboard in the door.
The console unit (which I put there to be close at hand), has a self adhesive. I cut out the carpet and inset it, adhering it to the platic below the carpet.
Be sure and check that your armrest can still go down in the chosen location (if you care to use it while drinking).
