the problem came back this morning, so as untechnical as it sounds, the car did not fix itself after getting it's transmission governor serviced. It has just developed another symptom. It's Murphy's Law. Transmission sticks in 2nd and then a high idle. I am going to clean the ICV and see how it goes. This is becoming a challenging car.
