I would get the cats checked first. If restricted, the backpressure from them might be then causing the misfire and other pressure code. If it's under 80K it's still under emissions warranty.

I'd eliminate that as a cause before looking at the coil or intake related components. The 2033 measures pressure-drop across the throttle body.
