TB=Throttle Body Gasket. E38.org is a great place too.

I've been contemplating an E38 to replace the SDL when (if) it dies. Replacing the OSV/Gasket is MUCH easier once the intake is removed. Doing it when its on the Car is a Royal PITA.

Believe it or not the E38 is actually fairly easy to work on. I was pleasantly surprised. Why are you not interested in knowing the E38 more?
