My 89 190e 2.6l is exibiting some weird symptoms. 95% time you get in and start it up and go and it runs like a scalded dog. Every once in awhile you get in and turn the ignition and you get about 1 second of run out of the engine and it dies. Wait awhile go back out and it starts right up.

Any ideas what could be happening?
