Thanks everyone for the quick replies on the rear suspension.

Now I'm doing the rear brakes and the e-brake is holding fast to the rotor. Is there a trick to it, or can you sometimes just kind of work it off like you might with a regular drum brake?

If I have to relieve the cable tension, where is it done?
