Just a few questions:

- Are both seats adjusted to the full down position?

- Are both seats at roughly the same fore-aft positioning?

[These first two can make a difference how they appear.]

- Is there an additional lift block mounted under the rails for the seat? (this is sometimes done for those of shorter stature)
