Adding the oil to the high-side service port would be best. But how much? You'll just have to guess.

I do hate to tell you this, but you should not have installed the dryer yet. It should be installed only when you are ready to evacuate the system. Hopefully it will not have absorbed much water yet, which would mean that you are fine.
