You said the AC doesn't come on....... Have you looked at the compressor to see if it is on; or is it that the fan simply isn't blowing the cold air out?

If the AC is on and the blower isnt, it may well be the regulator that is at fault. Usually in that event, the CCU will show the fan as running full speed when it isnt.

The blower motor fuse ought to be in the fuse cab in the eng compartment.
