Yep... That switch you listed is the one.

Can I put the head of the switch in some hot water and stick an ohm meter on it to test it? Or is there a better way.

The lines near the drier get pretty hot when the A/C is on and the car is sitting. I tested the switch in this condition and there was no reading on the meter. But I have no clue how hot the refrigerant was.
