Good, UGA grads shouldn't attempt anything technical. You have the M104 in-line 6 cylinder.
You can do all of these jobs yourself if you have good instructions. I think the motor mounts may have tight access on that engine. Actually $550 is a fair price for outside work: sounds like about half for the parts and then 3 hours of labor.
The parts I checked here are from German aftermarket suppliers (Corteco, Meyle) - I can't say who the actual OEM was.
