How 'bout this for a wild guess? Is it possible that someone injected UV dye into the A/C system? Many of these dyes are green in color and could be mistaken for coolant, I guess That would explain the green stuff coming out of the evaporator drain hose. If it's actually coolant, the heater core, as previously posted is the most likely culprit.
