Refrigerant oil or coolant leak from that drain hose means a leak in either the evaporator or heater core. Both are located under the dash. If you do this job, it might be best to replace the evaporator, also, and all vacuum motors while the dash is open. Some DIYers have done the job but it is VERY involved. Costs to have it done are high as it is very labor intensive.
