Lost all electrical power

1997 S320. Been running perfectly fine. Just pulled instrument cluster yesterday to replace a couple of failing bulbs. Reinstalled cluster - now I can see the clock face again. Drove 30-40 miles total during the late afternoon and early evening. Parked the car and locked it with the remote. Went out late this morning to run down to the pharmacy - nothing.

No headlights, no dash lights, no courtesy lights, remote didn't work. Had to open the door manually with the key. Took forever to remember the manual process to open the trunk. Took battery out and hooked it up to my trickle charger - registered between 50% and 75% and went to 100% within a couple of hours.

Is there a main fuse or fusible link for this beauty? I could see not enough juice to turn it over but nothing electical acts like it's getting any current.

All guidance and instruction appreciated.
