At issue is a politically charged "movie" which was aired during the democratic primary in 2008, before there was an Obama administration.

The federal courts, which ones it does not say, ruled that it was a political advertisement and the financial backers would have to be identified. Apparently revealing them would be tantamount to admitting it is a campaign ad.

As my late father used to say...."most lies are based on facts".
