Have a 95 C-280 with 176k on it. Runs fine but at idle will rev up and down between 500-1000 RPM. Over the last few months due to other symptoms we have replaced the EGR valve, engine wiring harness, plugs, wires and spark plug connectors, and had one small vacuum leak located and repaired.

Idle rev "hunting" still persists. Any suggestions?
